Study: Vitamin E keeps the heart
One of the most important vitamin E vitamins as antioxidants protect cells and compounds the body of harmful chemical compounds, and keeps the immune system, helping to make use of vitamin K, and the manufacture of red blood cells.
According to government medical recommendations that eating vegetable oils, nuts, seeds and green leafy vegetables are the most important sources for obtaining vitamin E, and regards it as the most important health food for the heart.
But in spite of this, the medical study is very large from Northwestern University of America revealed that some oils rich in vitamin E and essential in the American food, such as soybean oil and corn contribute to the high incidence of lung infections and allergic airway, and thus higher rates of asthma, in exchange that some of the other oils are also rich in vitamin E, and is located in the American food such as olive oil and sunflower oil, wheat germ oil can improve the performance of the lung.
According to Medical News Today, quoting Professor Joan Cook Mills, commander of the study, that high levels of vitamin E in the blood in his image in the American food associated with lower lung performance by 10-17%.
The study included 5,115 individuals between the ages of 18-30 years, were followed over 20 years, and found that 4.5 million Americans are at risk of asthma due to high levels of that picture of vitamin E in their blood.
